Front Desk Agent
- Performs check-in and check-out for individual and group guests according to established procedures.
- Responds to and resolves guests' service requests and comments in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Maintains control of guest room keys, confidential guest information, house banks, and guest safety deposit boxes according to established procedures.
- Processes guest payments according to established internal and external accounting and credit procedures.
- Observes and adheres to established safety, security and emergency procedures.

Bartender
- Greets guests pleasantly as they approach the bar, promotes house drinks and utilizes upselling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues.
- Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures establishing proper proportions and ingredients to control costs and provide a consistent product to the guest.
- Maintains clean and organized work areas to maintain efficiency; sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
- Monitors guest behavior and guest alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease; notifies management of incidents involving excess alcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers; checks identification whenever the age of a guest requesting an alcoholic beverage service is questionable.
- Verifies liquor inventories; correctly completes all requisition requirements and stores stock as per approved procedures. Obtains, counts and secure's bartender's bank; distributes and collects bar servers' banks; documents cash distribution in register drawer.

Banquet Houseperson
- Sets up and/or breaks down tables, chairs, audio visual equipment and platforms/stages according to banquet even order.
- Cleans, stores and secures in organized manner all tables, chairs, and audio visual equipment, platforms/stages and other equipment used for banquet functions.
- Maintains cleanliness of banquet rooms, banquet hallways, storage and service areas.
- May refresh rooms at break; clean ashtrays, remove dirty cups/glasses, cleans trash cans, replenishes water pitchers, replaces table clothes, etc.
